Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Powley ships exclusively within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Powley may offer Free Shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Promotional terms will be displayed on our website when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment until delivery.

If you do not receive your tracking email within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Powley is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property.

  • Asking neighbors or household members.

  • Contacting the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if multiple packages are sent.


Delivery Delays

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, shipping and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
